Jim La Manna, CPA, MBA, and Judy Goodman, CPA, MBA, CGMA, are the principals. Jim and Judy are members of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). With a combined experience of over 70 years, Jim and Judy bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. The Founders
Jim La Manna, CPA, MBA
Jim is an MBA and Florida CPA with over 20 years of public accounting experience, including extensive audits, tax preparation (personal and business), and consulting. Having worked for large CPA firms and in Pension Administration, he recognized that smaller businesses needed an experienced CPA to serve their needs and address everyday challenges. For years, he has helped many businesses GROW their way out of financial difficulties with the proper planning. He has vast experience in resolving complex both domestic and international tax situations. As an IRS Acceptance Agent, he helps foreign nationals obtain their ITINs. Jim holds a Master of Accountancy and is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
Judy Goodman, CPA, MBA, CGMA
Judy is an MBA and Florida CPA with a range of experiences. She has served as a fractional CFO/Controller and a CPA helping clients with business consulting and support, systems integrations, and tax preparation. She also has extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution facilities and understands how businesses operate and the challenges of sustaining a business operationally and financially. Her commitment to her client's success is demonstrated daily as she helps them navigate compliant and efficient solutions to their business challenges. Judy holds a Master of Information Technology, is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, and Ohio CPAs.
